The Project
Braze, a growing company, invests heavily in developing its values, culture, and a strong employee community to attract diverse talent. A crucial touchpoint for this effort is their careers webpage. I was tasked with transforming the People Team's minimal page into an informative and welcoming space where potential candidates could gain insight into what Braze offers.
My Role
Worked with the head of employer brand, copy editor, and lead developer to redesign and restructure one of the most frequently visited pages on the site.

Braze Values
As the company evolved, six values were created to encompass the company's core beliefs and how they approach success as a team. Illustrating these values was an iterative process with core members of the leadership team, along with the company's CEO and co-founder, Bill Magnuson.
Employee Resource Groups
As a growing company, employee resource groups have become a part of the Braze culture over the years. As a member of the brand team and Somos (one of those ERGs), I provided design support to each of those groups by helping them develop their logos, along with any swag and assets needed for them to reach their communities.
